In manufacturing, the Weld line or Knit line or Meld line is the line where two flow fronts meet when there is the inability of two or more flow fronts to "knit" together, or "weld", during the molding process. These lines usually occur around holes or obstructions and they will not affect the waterproof functionality.
The ATH1000 waterproof case is a consumable accessory, and regular outdoor usage, especially prolonged exposure to sunlight, can accelerate wear and compromise its waterproofing over time. We recommend replacing the waterproof case every 4-6 months to ensure continued effectiveness in waterproofing and camera protection.
Furthermore, with an IP67 rating, if the setup is in a high humidity environment, it's advisable to use moisture-absorbing packets to prevent the buildup of moisture and fog inside.

When the Live View on the Brinno Command Center is unstable, we suggest switching to your laptop's camera and then switching it back to the Brinno camera to access the Live View. Please stop the recording first on the Brinno Command Center before you check the live view via the laptop’s camera. When finished checking the live view, go back to the Brinno Command Center again and restart the recording.

The ASP1000-P can be used on the BCC2000 or the BCC2000Plus bundle. Please note that the APB1000 power bank needs to be installed in an ATH2000 housing.
We don't recommend using ASP1000 solar power as a direct external power source because the sun is a bit unreliable. Instead, you must use the APB1000 Power bank, and use it with the ASP1000 solar panel as an external power bank.
Please check this on the time-lapse calculator.
The ASP1000 is IP65 in its waterproof resistance.
The APB1000 is not waterproof. You need to install the ABB1000 inside the ATH2000 power housing, to replace the 16 AA battery case.
We suggest not using other brand power banks as the APB1000 power has been proven to be compatible with the ASP1000 solar panel and it can always be ON to provide power.
It is 270 cm long.
It depends on your recording environment. In locations with higher dust levels, it's recommended to periodically clean the surface of the solar panels to ensure the best charging efficiency.
As the Brinno time-lapse cameras only consume a little power to operate, most of the other brand power banks will turn off and stop providing power when they detect the needed power is low. Unless you use the one that can always ON/turn off the power-saving mode. For your information, the APB1000 is always ON mode, and it can provide a continuous power supply for low-power Brinno time-lapse cameras or IoT applications.
Please refer to the user manual.

No, the BCS 18-55 adjustable lens is not compatible with the BCC2000/BCC2000Plus when used alongside the ASP1000-P. Using this BCS 18-55 with these products may result in the ATH2000 housing being unable to close properly.
Each ASP1000-P solar panel kit bundle is necessary to be used with an ATH2000 waterproof housing. The ATH2000 waterproof housing includes a Type C adapter for insertion into the ASP1000-P rechargeable battery kit’s cable, enabling connection to power sources such as BCC2000, BCC2000Plus, TLC2020, and TLC130.
